Broadcast Delivery Stats, Per-Recipient Status & CSV Export
Sent, delivered, read, failed — per contact, in real time, exportable. Know exactly what your campaign did.
A broadcast isn't done when you hit send — it's done when you know what happened. ConvoFly tracks the outcome for every recipient and rolls it into live campaign stats you can act on.
The delivery funnel
Each recipient moves through statuses you can watch update in real time:
- Sent — accepted by WhatsApp and on its way.
- Delivered — reached the recipient's device (one grey tick).
- Read — opened by the recipient (blue ticks), where read receipts are enabled.
- Failed — couldn't be delivered, with a reason.
Why messages fail
Common, fixable causes:
- Invalid number — the contact isn't on WhatsApp or the number is malformed.
- Not opted in / re-engagement — the recipient's settings or window block business-initiated messages.
- Over the cap — deferred by your daily limit (handled automatically, retried next day).
- Temporary glitches — momentary hiccups, automatically retried a few times before a message is marked failed.
See each contact & download the list
Open any broadcast from your Broadcasts list to see how each individual contact did, then click Export CSV to download the full list — for your records, to import into another tool, or as the starting point for your next retargeting send.
What good looks like
- High delivered rate → your list is clean and numbers are valid.
- High read rate → good timing and a subject that earns the open.
- Low click rate despite high reads → the offer or CTA needs work.
- Rising failures → audit list quality and opt-in before it dents your quality rating.
Frequently asked questions
Can I see delivery status for each individual recipient?
Yes. Every broadcast has a per-recipient view showing whether each contact's message was sent, delivered, read or failed, updated in real time as WhatsApp reports back.
Can I export broadcast results?
Yes. You can export the full per-recipient report to CSV for reconciliation, CRM import, record-keeping, or to build a retargeting audience from the outcomes.
Why did some of my broadcast messages fail?
Usual causes are invalid or non-WhatsApp numbers, recipients not eligible for business-initiated messages, or messages deferred by your daily cap. Transient API errors are retried automatically before a message is marked failed.
