Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ConvoFly ("ConvoFly", "we", "us", or "our"), a business messaging platform that connects WhatsApp Business and other messaging channels into a single inbox with tagging, broadcasts, and automation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization.
Use of ConvoFly
ConvoFly lets your business connect messaging channels, e-commerce events, and automation rules. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for all messages, automations, content, and settings configured by your organization and its team members.
Connected Platforms
When you connect WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Shopify, Google, or other third-party services, you authorize ConvoFly to access only the data needed to provide the connected workflow. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. You are responsible for maintaining any required accounts and permissions with those providers.
Messaging Responsibilities
You must have all rights and consents required to message your customers and to process their data, and you must comply with applicable messaging, marketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. You may not use ConvoFly to send spam or unsolicited messages, to harass or deceive recipients, to distribute unlawful or infringing content, or to violate the policies of any connected platform. Recipients must be able to opt out of your messages, and you must honor opt-outs.
Customer Data
You must have the right to process the customer data you handle through ConvoFly. As between you and ConvoFly, you are the controller of your customers' data and ConvoFly processes it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security, reverse engineering it, exceeding rate or usage limits, or using it to build a competing service. We may set reasonable limits to protect the service and connected platforms.
Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service as needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or product improvement. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, if required by law or platform policy, if you breach these Terms, or if continued access creates security or compliance risk. On termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvoFly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
