Data Deletion Instructions

ConvoFly is a business messaging platform that connects WhatsApp Business and other messaging channels into a single inbox. If your business connected a WhatsApp Business Account, Instagram business account, or Facebook Page (Messenger) to ConvoFly, you may request deletion of your connected account data and the associated conversation data at any time.
How To Request Deletion
- Email hammad@rocketreply.io.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your business name, the connected WhatsApp display phone number (and/or Facebook Page name or Instagram username), and the email or user account used to sign in to ConvoFly.
- Tell us whether you want all of your connected account data deleted, or only a specific channel/account removed.
To help us verify the request, please send it from an email address associated with the business account, or be prepared to confirm ownership of the connected account.
What We Delete
- Connected account records for WhatsApp (WABA ID, phone number ID, display number, verified name) and any connected Meta account records.
- Stored access tokens for the connected account.
- Conversation records — messages, sender/recipient identifiers, timestamps, and status — associated with the requested connected account, together with any stored media, where deletion is permitted.
- Tags, channel account links, automation associations, and related inbox metadata for the requested account.
Timing
We will acknowledge deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable time (typically within 30 days). Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Removing Access From Meta
You may also remove ConvoFly's access directly from your Meta account: in Meta Business Settings → Business assets / Apps (or your Facebook or Instagram app settings), remove ConvoFly. Removing access stops future data collection, but you should still contact us using the steps above if you want data already stored in our systems deleted.
End Customers
If you messaged a business through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger and want your data removed, please contact that business directly — it controls the conversation data and can delete it using ConvoFly. If you are unsure how to reach them, you may contact us and we will help route your request.
